Lemon Balm 
Known for it’s calming and nervine benefits of helping to soothe the brain. 
I started using this herb a year ago after I experienced a concussion do to a case of vertigo. 
I learned so much while healing from that injury. 
Now it’s beside my bed and I take 2-3 dropper fulls every night before bed.
I love the bright strong herbal lemon flavor.
